CrossFit: WOD and Strength

Warm-up: JA's, Stamina 

WOD: 21-15-9 of wall ball, weighted sit-ups and KB swings.

Level-3: Men 20, 45, 50. Women 16, 25, 35

Level-2: M15, 25, 30. W12, 10, 25.

Level-1: 10, 10, 15. 

Strength: Back squats 1) 5 x 65%, 2) 5 x 75%, 3) 5+ x 85% Download 5-3-1 Wendler spreadsheet.

Stamina: max in 2:00 of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, stair climbs

Endurance: ruck march up the hill.
