CrossFit: Strength and Endurance Day, Push-Jerks and Rowing Sprints.

Warm-Up: 500 meter row, stick Push-Press drill, sticks, bars, weights.

Strength: 5 x 5 of Heavy Push-Jerks.

Endurance: 5 x 500 meter sprint rows. 1:00 minute rest between. Row as hard as possible.
