CrossFit Kids: AMRAP of 20 – wall-ball, 20 – burpees and a stair climb.

        Super Frogs:  AMRAP in 20:00, Boys 16lbs, Girls, 10lbs (High Target).

        Leap Frogs: AMRAP in 15:00, 10lbs (High Target).

        Tree Frogs: AMRAP in 10:00, 6lbs
