CrossFit: A few sit-ups and a short jog.

  • Level – 1: 50 GHD sit-ups and 100 meter run, 40 / 200, 30 / 300, 20 / 400, 10 / 800.
  • Elements: 40 weighted sit-ups and a 200 meter run, 30 / 300, 20 / 400.  Men 25, Women 10.

CrossFit Kids:

  • Super Frogs: 40 sit-ups and a 200 meter run, 30 / 300, 20 / 400.
  • Leap Frogs: 30 sit-ups and 100 meter run, 20 / 200, 10 / 400.
  • Tree Frogs: 30 sit-ups and a stair climb, 20 / 2, 10 / 3.
  • Tadpoles: Three sets of 10 situps and 100 meter run.
