  • Level – 1:  1 round of bottom to bottom Tabata Sqauts.
  • Elements:  1 round of bottom to bottom Tabata squats.

CrossFit Kids:  Skills day, Skin the cats and L-sits, Jump ropes.

  • Super Frogs:  Rings. 1-round of bottom to bottom Tabata Squats.
  • Leap Frogs:Rings. 1-round of Tabata Squats.
  • Tree Frogs:  Bars and Paralettes. 1 round of Tabata Squats.
  • Tadpoles:  Bars and Paralettes. 1/2 round of Tabata Squats.

How do you become a professional Ballerina, natural talent and hard work. We provide the latter. Great job Christina!!!!!!!!
