  • Elements: Four rounds, 18", Butterfly sit-ups, pushups, knees to elbows.

CrossFit Kids: Box jumps, pushups, situps, toes to bar, burpees.

  • Super Frogs: Four rounds, 24", 15 of everything.
  • Leap Frogs: Four rounds, 18" 15 of everything.
  • Tree Frogs: Three rounds, 18" 10 of everything.
  • Tadpoles: Two rounds, 12", 10 of everything.
