Individual Warm-up: 20-push-ups, toes to bar, box jumps.
Warm-Up: Joint Articulations, high knee walk, butt kick run, 2-shuffles, 2-karaoke runs, 4-50% sprints. Part #2: 10 front squats, 10-OH Squats 10-back squats.
Strength: Back Squats, 1) 3 x 70%, 2) 3 x 80%, 3) 3+ x 90%
WOD: AMRAP in 20:00 of 1-15ft Rope Climb 15-Box Jumps 30-Butterfly Sit-ups.
Stamina: “Murph” 1-mile run, 100-pull-ups, 200-push-ups 300-squats, 1-mile run, with armor.
Endurance: 200 sit-ups and leg levers.
Recovery: seated forearm, cobra and calve stretches.
