Warm-up

CFBV JA’s & Dynamic Warm Up

2 Rounds:

5x pass through w/ PVC

5x OHS PVC

5x Squat Jump w/ PVC in back rack position

Teach Hang Snatch w/ PVC then w/ empty barbell

Weightlifting

EMOM 8 minutes:

3x Hang Snatch + 1x OHS

EMOM 5 Minutes:

5x Deadlift

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 Rounds of TABATA at each station:

A. Elevator Plank

B. Squat Jump

C. Burpee

D. Rowing

E. Sit-up

F. Bent over row (2x KB)
4 Rounds of Tabata work at each station. Complete all 4 Rounds before advancing to next movment

Cool Down/Stretch
