Option 1: Run 1.5 miles, Swim for 15 minutes or 3 laps, Run 1.5 miles back to gym.
Option 2: Hill run, 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 25-burpees, 25-lunges, hill run.
Run to Shell Station, cross street, make left, go under bridge, make right at bike trail, run to 118th st, make right for half a block, go under bridge, make left on bike trail, at split in trail make left, at Enatai beach Park run down to water to swim or grass field to do calestenics. Reverse route to go back to gym.
