Option 1: Run 1.5 miles, Swim for 15 minutes or 3 laps, Run 1.5 miles back to gym.

Option 2: Hill run, 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 25-burpees, 25-lunges, hill run.

Run to Shell Station, cross street, make left, go under bridge, make right at bike trail, run to 118th st, make right for half a block, go under bridge, make left on bike trail, at split in trail make left, at Enatai beach Park run down to water to swim or grass field to do calestenics. Reverse route to go back to gym.

Because every-ones hands are torn-up from last night I made a few changes, We cant call it "Filty Fifty but don't worry it will still be very Filthy.

CrossFit:"Filty Floor" wmvmov. Fifty reps of the following: Box Jumps, Ring Dips, KB Swings, Lunges, Sit-ups, Push Press, Back Extensions, Wall Ball, Burpees, Doubles Unders.

    Level-1:BX 24", KB 35lbs, PP 45lbs, WB 20 & 16lbs. DU's or K2Chest jumps. 

    Elements:BX 18", KB 20, PP 25, WB 16 & 10, DU's or K2Chest jumps.

CrossFit Kids:

    Super Frogs: Same as level -1, WB 16 & 10, DU's

    Leap Frogs: Same as Level-1, WB 10, DU's.

    Tree Frogs: 25 reps. BX 18", KB 15, PP 15, WB 6, K2Chest jumps.

    Tadpoles: 15 reps, BX 12", KB 10, PP bs, WB sb, jump rope.

Strength:5 x 5 Deadlifts

Endurance: 5k row

Start them young, train them often and encourage them the whole way. Perfection is attainable with time, desire and proper coaching. Congratulations Taylor for graduating from Tree Frogs to Leap Frogs.

CrossFit: Three rounds of runs and pull-ups.

    Level-1: 800 meters and 50 reps.

    Elements: 800 meter runs and 25 reps.

CrossFit Kids:

    Super Frogs: 800 meter runs and 40 reps.

    Leap Frogs: 800 meter runs and 30 reps.

    Tree Frogs: 400 meter runs and 20 reps.

    Tadpoles: 200 meter runs and 10 reps.

Strength: 3 sets of max rep bodywieght bench press.

Endurance: 25 mile bike ride, 2 mile swim, 1000 meter row.
