Testing out of Fundamentals: If you have completed CrossFit training elsewhere or are Level-1 Certified you may opt to test out of Fundamentals. If possible please submit a letter from a recognized affiliate or Certified CF Coach. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your appointment.
Get started with CrossFit Bellevue today with a one on one Initial Assessment. Pay a small fee and try the program and our gym out before making an extended financial commitment.
While you are here learn how to enroll in our Fundamentals course. We’re available to answer any questions about our training program before you sign up. Send us a sign up sheet and we will get back to you within 24-hours to schedule your first one on one session.
The next Fundamentals session begins on May 27th. Classes will be Mon, Wed, Fri at 5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am and 7:30 pm or Tues, Thurs at 7:30 pm with a Saturday class at 8:00 am.
To get new trainees comfortable with the skills and exercises, we ask that you start with a introductory session. During your intro session we will find out each other and about your exercise and medical history, your interests and concerns and your short and long term goals. From there we will proceed to the training floor guide you through your first CrossFit workout. Your first workout will be tough but it will also be tailored to your fitness and skill level. If you prefer bring a friend or two and try it out together.
