Fundamentals

The Fundamentals program is an introduction to our gym and the style of training we use. We want our new members to be comfortable with our workouts and our system. We want new members to be able properly perform the nine fundamental movements, and be prepared for the intensity of our group classes. Through the fundamentals program we hope to provide new members with a base of knowledge that will help them reach their lifetime fitness goals.

The fundamentals class is limited to 10-people per session. Clients will attend 9-sessions of highly instructional classes in order to join the group classes. Once the sessions are completed you will be assigned a coach to discuss goals, monitor progress and meet with you on a regular basis.

During Fundamental’s new members will learn about metabolic conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, POSE Running, Flexibility, Recovery, Nutrition and Supplementation. We take the myths out of training and get you moving the way the body was meant to move. Don’t use a machine, become one.
