Fundamentals (Reservation and Pre-Payment required)
Start CrossFit the right way with our 10-session Fundamentals course that will prepare you to participate freely in all other classes offered at CrossFit Bellevue. Fundamentals meets 3x a week in a small group and is designed to introduce new members to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training. Each class reviews/teaches the proper form and technique used for various skills and functional movements and progressively increases your intensity. Each session includes a workout involving what was learned that day. Mastery of the fundamentals is not only a prerequisite to participating in group classes, it will also make your CrossFit Bellevue experience more meaningful and enjoyable. Fitness nutrition is also addressed.
