Olympic Lifting

For those who want to take their CrossFitting to the next level, we offer specialized Olympic Lifting classes.

Olympic Lifting helps to develop the strength, control and explosive power demanded for elite fitness. Classes focus on technique, form and efficiency, while building muscle and developing specialized skills that will cross over into CrossFit and other sports.


  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00 – 6:30 pm
