CrossFit: Badger, Three rounds, 30-squat cleans, 30-pull-ups, 800 meter run.   Warm-Up: JA's, 400 jog, 15-pull-ups, 25-med ball cleans. Level-1: Men 95lbs, Women 65lbs. Elements: Med-ball cleans.
