The Twelve days of CrossFit. On the first day of Christmas my coach gave to me a stair climb. On the second day of Christmas my coach gave to me two bear-crawls and a stair climb.  On the third day of Christmas my coach gave to me a three second handstand, two bear-crawls, and a stair climb.
