- Super Frogs: 5000 meters for time.
- Leap Frogs: 2500 meters for time.
CrossFit Kids: Bunny hops, tumbles, cartwheels, broad jumps.
- Tree Frogs: 30 each.
- Tadpoles: 15 each.
Taylor is our newest Leap Frog. Welcome to CrossFit Bellevue Taylor. Taylor and her brother Grant did half of GI Jane in under 4:00 minutes the other day. A few more workouts and she will be moving up to the Super Frog division and start giving Jessica some long awaited competition.
