CrossFit: Team Cindy, 5 – pull-ups, 10 – push-ups, 15 – squats
Teams will attempt to complete as many rounds in 20 – minutes. Team with highest total round count wins. Everyone exercises at their own pace.

CrossFit: Three rounds of 400 meter run and 25 medicine ball cleans.
- Level – 1: 20lbs Men, 16 lbs Women.
- Elements: 16lbs Men, 12lbs Women.
- Super Frogs: 16lbs Boys, 12lbs Girls.
CrossFit Kids: Handstands pushups, pistols (one legged squats) on the balance beam and stairs.
- Tree Frogs: Four sets of 5 – Handstand pushups, 5 – pistols and three stair climbs.
- Tree Frogs: Three sets of 5 – Handstand pushups or stinkbugs, 5 - pistols and two stair climbs.
- Tadpoles: Three sets of 5 - stinkbugs, 5 - pistols and one stair clinmb.
Thursday 163 “Happy Thanksgiving Everyone”
To celebrate this awesome engorging holiday we will be making a little extra room for the goodies by doing a lite workout. Afterward here is a little video to share with some the family and your guests.

For time: 1) 50 Box jump, 2) 50 Jumping pull-ups, 3) 50 Kettle-bell swings, 4) 50 walking Lunges, 5) 50 Knees to elbows, 6) 50 Push press, 7) 50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots 9) 50 Burpees, 10) 50 Double unders or 150 singles.
- Level -1: 1) 24 inches, 3) 1 pood, 6) 45lbs
20lbs. No subs for the ladies.
- Elements: 1) 18 inches, 3) 25lbs, 6) 35lbs,
12lbs.
- Super Frogs: Same as level -1 No subs for the ladies.
- Leap Frogs: 1) 18 inches, 3) 25lbs, 6) 25lbs,
10lbs.
- Tree Frogs: 25 of everything, 1) 18 inches, 3) 10lbs, 6) 1lb dumbbell's,
4lb wall-balls.
- Tadpoles: 15 of everything, 1) 12 inches, 3) 1 lb, 6) broomstick,
soccer-ball. 10) push-ups.

CrossFit: Long Row and Skills with K-bells.
- Level -1: 5000 meters for time.
- Elements: 2500 for time.
- Super Frogs: 5000 meters for time.
- Leap Frogs: 2500 meters for time.
CrossFit Kids: Bunny hops, tumbles, cartwheels, broad jumps.
- Tree Frogs: 30 each.
- Tadpoles: 15 each.
Taylor is our newest Leap Frog. Welcome to CrossFit Bellevue Taylor. Taylor and her brother Grant did half of GI Jane in under 4:00 minutes the other day. A few more workouts and she will be moving up to the Super Frog division and start giving Jessica some long awaited competition.

- Tree Frogs: Thee stair climbs, 5lbs, HS progressions or stinkbugs.

- Super Frogs: 800 meters / 50 reps / 24-inch box jumps.

Monster Mash in the Gym
Team Angie, teams of four will compete to finish Angie as fast as possible. Only one team member can exercises at a time and can do no more than 10 reps. Each excerssise must be completed before moving on to the next.
